LIMITED SPOTS
Learn how to curate the perfect board of meats, cheeses, crackers, and accompaniments. Step-by-step instructions on placement, pairing suggestions, and portion guides provided, along with everything you need to create a board for 4-6 people to take home.
This fun evening will be instructed by culinary creative Ashley Schultz, who managed Benjamin's Coffeehouse and Main & Madison in Franklin.
The real gem of this class is the handcrafted board you get to take home. Thanks to local supporter MacBeath Hardwood, each participant will receive a Black Walnut board in the shape of Indiana with the Town of Edinburgh logo and star where Edinburgh is located. Edinburgh has a rich veneer history and was once the Walnut veneer capital of the world, so this board has quite the story! Special thanks to community volunteer extraordinaire Crissy Riley for cutting, sanding, and engraving these limited edition boards.
fc The skating rink is made possible through a grant from Festival Country Indiana. Check out festivalcountryindiana.com for information about events happening all around Festival Country.
