Before & After School Enrichment (B.A.S.E.)

Before and After School Enrichment (B.A.S.E.) is an annual program offered through Edinburgh Park and Recreation that assists parents with their child's care before and after school hours. The children participate in homework time with staff members to answer their questions, enjoy fun crafts and activities, and work on their study skills in an environment that allows them to grow!

Registration Information:

B.A.S.E. is offered for Kindergarten through 5th grade. The program begins the first day of school and ends on the final day. Registration and payments for each school year begin around the end of July and are held at the school. Payment must be made at the time of registration for spot to be held.  There are only 60 slots available for students. Snacks will be provided daily for students.

Dates and Times:

Before School: Students can be dropped off at the Park and Recreation Community Room from 6:00am- 7:15am. A bus will pick them up from the location and transport them to school.

After School: When school ends, transportation will be provided to the students to the Community Room.  Students need to be picked up by 5:30pm.

Cost and Payment Information:

Per Semester: Before School requires a $100.00 Sign-up fee + $50.00 per week. After School requires a $100.00 Sign-up fee + $50.00 per week. For both Before and After School the start up fee is $100.00 + $70 per week. 

Payments are due every Friday in order to pay for the supplies used in the program.  If at any time during the program you fall more than two weeks behind in payments, your child will NOT be permitted to attend the program until payments are current.

Payments can be either cash, credit card or check. Checks need to be made out to Edinburgh Park and Recreation
