Kenneth Gadberry M-G-93-2

Kenneth R. Gadberry, 91 of Cambridge City, Indiana, formerly of Edinburgh, Indiana, passed away February 15, 2025, at Willows of New Castle. He was born May 18, 1933, in Casey County, Kentucky. He was the son of Clinton and Betty Jane Gadberry.  He married Mildred (Henson) Gadberry on September 3, 1955, and she preceded him in death on May 10, 2014.He is survived by his granddaughter, Summer (Johnny) Fugate of Cambridge City, son-in-law, Roger Hughes of Cambridge City, and great-grandchildren, Nakya Crisp, Lexus Crisp, Johnny Fugate, Jr, Malakai, and Violet. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, daughter, Donna F. Hughes, son, Jerry Gadberry, grandson, Tyler Gadberry, brothers, Dayton Gadberry and Clayton Gadberry, and sisters, Hazel Webster, and Alf. Kenneth served in the US Army during the Korean War. He was of the Christian faith. He retired from Arvin’s in Greenwood. He enjoyed playing Bluegrass music in a band where he played the guitar and fiddle, gardening, taking care of his chickens, and riding his golf cart around town. A funeral service will be conducted by Reverend Randy Denton at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at Who-So-Ever-Will Community Church in Edinburgh. Calling will be from 11:00 AM until time of service. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh. Arrangements made by Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh, Indiana.
